OUR HISTORY
Olmans Properties was founded by Raymond Guthrie Oliver in 1980 to manage his property portfolio which consists of eight different property companies. These group of companies own over 45000 m² worth of office, retail and commercial space.
Raymond Guthrie Oliver left his legacy for his sons to manage and control. Olmans Properties currently manages over twenty different investment properties valued at over R450 million.
